Time for an interesting experiment.
Instead of paying $790 for a PreCalc course this summer, which would have largely acted as a review to prep me for calc this fall, I have instead elected to buy three textbooks from my Kindle. Debating taking a Precalc class this summer.
Pros: Will be a nice transition from lolnomath to Calc and Statistics this fall. Keeping educated over the summer is a big deal. Math will be hard in eight weeks, but the payoff is huge. Cons: 8am class four days a week for two hours. Not getting to enjoy summer. Being stuck with a potentially crappy work schedule. Potentially not keeping my current job.
