Anyone who says this is missing the goddamned point. The femShep vote-slash-debate has nothing at all to do with what people actually do with their Shepard. I personally do not give a fuck who or what your Shepard is.
I’m going to bite the bullet here and go ahead and say that, in general, BioWare’s marketing of the Mass Effect series is terrible. Not in the “it doesn’t work” sense, but in the “this advertising completely fails to represent its product” sense.
Herp derp, people getting so bent out of shape about a blonde FemShep. Deal with it. Bioware shouldn’t have even let people vote. Gamers should feel fortunate their voice could actually be heard, even if yours wasn’t the victorious one.
As far as terrible marketing goes, ME1 was horribly marketed. ME2 had one of the greatest launch trailers of all time, so yeah… still, ME2 didn’t have very good television marketing (ie none, if memory serves). I concur with that point.
If you follow me, You know I listen to and post a wide range of dubstep degrees…
From the soft relaxed stuff, To the hardcore make your brain tickle bass loving stuff…
There is a lot of people out there who hear the hardcore dubstep, And assume ALL dubstep is like that and just dislike it because they are listening to an advanced version of it, Rather than starting small….
If you don’t listen to dubstep, But are curious, I’d suggest giving these tracks a try.
These five songs are all different levels of dubstep, Starting with soft relaxing dub, To hardcore dirty bass line dub. Enjoy. <3
